Meal No. 1867: Chicken Potpie with Cheddar Crust


When Amy and Gern were over last night for hanging out and for dinner, it seemed a good opportunity to bring back the incredible chicken potpie with a cheddar crust that has tended to turn out pretty well the few times I've made it before. And it did not disappoint! I also made a fresh batch of applesauce yesterday morning to be chilled and ready for suppertime, and the standard staple of seasoned green beans filled the remaining slot on our plates.
