Since last Wednesday's weather-aligned mid-day meal was hearty broccoli-cheddar soup, it left me more free that evening to whip up a quick batch of cookies. It seemed time to come back to a much more recent recipe find, an excellent guide to making the best white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. I like to add toffee into these nearly perfect treats. They did a bit more spreading on the pan this time, and I do cop to having used a larger scoop for a grander result. It didn't affect their deliciousness one iota, though.
