Dateline: Mon 07 Sept. The grand evening with Kristen and Mookie over Labor Day weekend offered us a great time to visit and a promise of hearty portions when supper was served...but enough of that rotisserie-style whole chicken was left over to be perfect for another round of chicken Caesar wraps. That’s what occurred back on Labor Day itself, a gorgeous partly sunny day with temps topping out at a most delightful 81°F. Well-packed with wrap fixings, tightly rolled, toasted on three sides in a skillet, and handily consumed without the need or bother of utensils. After settling in for an evening movie via streaming, it was time for the blast of an evening walk, topping out at 5.5 miles at a healthy pace.
