As I wrapped up a week at home near the end of October, the dinner hour rolled around on Saturday the 25th, and me with no plan. But the new recipe find for simple soy-sauced ramen noodles came to mind and was a cinch to put together. Every last bit and portion in the supper bowls got cleaned up and out, leaving all bellies satisfied and sated.
