When Thursday rolled around last week, it was time for dear friend Amy to return for an evening of hanging out. She's like us when it comes to giving breakfast-for-dinner an upvote, so it was an easy call to serve biscuits and sausage gravy in well-filled bowls. Oh, a bit salty, as I seem prone to do...but still luscious and comforting on a fall-like but gorgeous night.
