Last Monday night, the taste indulgence of a huge cheesy pan of crispy beef nachos was a delicious call to make. The beef was spiced up and the nachos were cheesed up and the plates were piled up. The bonus of homemade lime crema was a sour cream upgrade. All-in-all, for a weeknight supper, it did us all right.
