For the first time since February 2018, last Saturday night I made copycat Chick-Fil-A sandwiches. Boy howdy, they are a treat. And a bit of a production. And a heckuva mess to then clean up. It is such a rarity now, so I went ahead and ate a second one without giving it a second thought.
