To go with the remaining
iced lemon curd pound cake, following Saturday night's
soup supper, I had made lemon curd ice cream. The folks around the table said it was pretty good, although I did not partake of it. Living in denial might please me when I get on the morning scales, but it sure is tough some nights when good stuff sits temptingly in ice cream bowls!
