The ease of a small batch of white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, with a healthy addition of toffee pieces, brought a sweet end to last Monday's boys' night at the Roediger House. We'd feasted on Boogaloo Wonderland Sandwiches and the dessert couldn't be too much after all that...and these cookies are always just the best (as the recipe developer claimed when she published it!).
