Because I've amassed a really terrific set of collected cookie recipes from various sources over the years, it's blessedly and mercifully easy to bake up a delicious batch whenever the sweet cravings hit me. That's what happened on Friday around mid-day, when I made cinnamon-chai oatmeal cookies that came out hot, good, and devilishly tempting.
