I got a tad creative last Thursday night and made some pretty good spiced lamb tacos, inspired by the ingredients I've used when making
lamb köfte. With caramelized sweet onions, balsamic tomatoes, goat cheese, and white cheddar cheese, and topped with a creamy tahini-yogurt sauce, this was a pretty solid smash of flavors.
It was also cold and grey all day, so I had a fire going all day (Fire No. 60, for those who like the latest count):
