Every once in a while, tacos sound good but then even more rarely the extra step of making Navajo frybread to serve them on sounds even better. That's what I challenged myself to do this past Monday night, and boy-howdy were they ever delicious. (Two is too many but one should set goals that are ambitious, no?)
