I'd picked up a rotisserie chicken when I made a shopping trip to Sam's Club yesterday, and tonight I used a fair portion of it to resurrect one of my oldest recipes: chicken supreme. When I moved away from home after college, this is one of the recipes my mother sent with me. It's really tasty but it's been
about four years since I made it (and before that, it might have been as long as 20 years since I'd made it!).
