I haven't gone back to look at all my old blog entries, but I probably regularly and religiously point out that Not So Cajun chicken was the
first meal I made once the new kitchen was up and running. And I still reach for it from time to time, because it's so good.
With chicken tenders on sale at the Harris Teeter, what else could I do but go back to this great favorite? Hence, last night's delicious and filling meal, with the added bonus of always hitting the spot.
