Meal No. 3475: Homemade Bolognese over Pappardelle

Back in August I tried a new recipe for bolognese, and I've been itching to give it another go. Last Wednesday night was the right occasion, with time that afternoon to assemble it and to give it the long simmer that brings all those flavors together. Once more, it was a bed of pappardelle that it grandly towered over, and it was all quite good all over again.
