A nice special on beef chuck roasts was more than enough motivation to try out a new beef stew recipe, that turned out tasty and delicious. Tyler Florence likes to call it "The Ultimate Beef Stew," and while I can't go quite that far, I promise you it was quite good for last Tuesday night's supper.
