On Saturday evening, after eating very little while I spent the week working in Richmond, I was ready for a healthy but hefty supper. The slab of salmon I spiced and roasted was over a half-pound, and I generously topped my power greens with homemade Caesar dressing, plus roasted sunflower seeds.
