With inspiration from a favorite lunchtime menu item at the nearby Fourth Street Filling Station, and using leftover chicken from the previous evening's dinner, on Monday night, it was simple plates of chicken salad melts to be eaten while catching the next episodes of
Kolchak: The Night Stalker.
