The great soaking from the remnants of Hurricane Florence occurred this past Sunday, which pretty much locked down all activity and left us all confined to our houses. I only had to walk one time past the well-ripened bananas on the counter to be convinced that a good way to pass the time would be to make another loaf of delicious banana bread. And so I did.
