When Sunday night rolled around, I was feeling like having a good cheesy hearty casserole, and I went with a beefy macaroni one that's very much a cousin to the Roediger House favorite known as Pipetizer Casserole. Just a plate of this was enough, although I did also manage to have dessert to follow it.
