Last Sunday night, at the end of a nice relaxing weekend, I figured I'd try a new recipe: chicken fajita pasta. I learned the hard way this first time that it'd be a lot smarter to use my non-stick skillet, but overall it was a decent dinner before starting up a new work week. Pretty darned spicy, though.
