January proved to be a pretty slack time for me on the desserts and goodies front. I made
Scotch chocolate cake at the front end of the month and then nothing until very near the end: on the final Saturday night before we welcomed the beginning of February, I served up a new recipe for lemon bars. And they were darned good, believe you me!
