After a
meal of lasagna on a recent Sunday night, I served the guests this weird little concoction that was made with two kinds of Girl Scout cookies: lemon shortbread cheesecake. I wasn't sure how it was going to go over, since it had such an odd consistency, but the flavor was a true crowd-pleaser.
