After driving in from my week of work in Virginia last night, I needed to make a supper from what was on hand. Given my trial of a slightly different approach to alfredo sauce last month, I was willing to give that another go, and it was a delightful not-quite-so-heavy bowl of fettuccine alfredo to fill the belly to start my time back at home.
