Oh my goodness: this was a delicious weeknight feast. Dinner a week ago tonight was a new find for me, from the latest issue of
Cook's Country. It's called Baked Mustard Chicken, and it was more involved than I realized, but it paid off. Alongside, some stuffing and buttered corn.
