Colleague, friend, and fellow CRISS trainer Jeremy Craft is back down for another weekend visit to the Roediger House. At lunchtime today, that offered a reasonable excuse to put to use the extra pound of ground chuck I had from this past Wednesday's lasagna meal, and I grilled up some hamburgers. They were pretty good, I'd say.
