The lamb köfte that I made tonight is a pretty cool combination of flavors: nicely spiced lamb meatballs served on a bed of caramelized onions resting on a lemon tahini yogurt sauce on top of pan-sizzled flatbread, and flavored a little more with a nice roasted red pepper and pomegranate molasses muhammara sauce on top of it all.
