Had a few folks over before going together out to Gallery Hop tonight and didn't really have a better idea than this for dinner:
It's the much-loved Jones family favorite of hamburger supreme (as we call it): a comfort casserole that came to us thanks to my older sister Janice's first mother-in-law.
