After glancing through
Betty Crocker's Indian Home Cooking, I decided to try a stir-fry dish with chicken, onions, and peppers. I brought home some naan from the Harris-Teeter to heat up and I piled it high on top of some rice from the rice cooker. It was a horrendously late meal, but boy-howdy, the flavors were great.
