Meal No. 2446: French Yogurt Cake for the Huneycutts


With a return overnight visit by dear friends the Huneycutts from Crozet, VA, it seemed fitting to have us a small breakfast snack this morning, to go with our steaming cups of coffee. I find the French yogurt cake from Andrew Knowlton to be so easy and dependable and delicious that it was a no-brainer to whip one up and toss it in the oven. Together with the fresh fruit I'd already cut up, we had us a solid starter for our day.
