It's been well over a year since I made what used to be a real staple and much-loved favorite around here: the cheesy beefy goodness of Pipetizer Casserole. With six of us at dinner Sunday night, it's what I offered up, along with mixed greens and homemade Caesar dressing. It seems from the table conversation that we'd all missed this meal...
