Meal No. 2261: Lamb & Mushroom Meatloaf


Last Saturday night we had the fine fivesome of the weekend at the table to partake of lamb and mushroom meatloaf, a mess of smashed sweet potatoes, and some slightly-salty roasted broccoli florets. It was another meal that seemed to prove suitable to the occasion!
