Last Sunday evening I worked up a batch of salted caramel sauce in order to make a batch of salted caramel butterscotch blondies, to take with me on Monday when I was working with some great teacher leaders at Hunter Elementary over in Guilford County. They were pretty darned tasty and tempting, which proved problematic while I was trying so hard to be so good...
