I tried another new recipe on Monday night but tinkered with it enough that I can only claim to have based my concoction on the source of the idea. It proved to be a filling one-bowl meal of goopy goodness in the guise of cauliflower chicken and spinach alfredo. I didn't miss the missing fettuccine!
