Meal No. 2064: Baked Pork Chops


Every once in a while, I break out my friend Cindy's recommended approach to baking boneless pork chops. It brings back fine memories of my many, many visits with her and her husband Harley back when they lived in Winchester, VA. For three of us at the table Monday night, the chops were accompanied by a rice-vermicelli mix and hot buttered corn.
