This spring has allowed me a chance to work with another fantastic group of teachers from Hunter Elementary School in Greensboro, and on my last day with them last Friday, I wanted to take a special batch of cookies to them. The Caramel Popcorn Cap'n Crunch version is such a hit whenever I make them, and I made them extra big. The teachers were most kind in their compliments!
