Meal No. 1947: Poppyseed Chicken Casserole


For the third week in a row, I found myself packing last Sunday afternoon in order to hit the road for several days of work in Virginia. Sometimes it's hard to pull myself away from home and I find plenty of things to tie me down a bit before I actually toss my bags in the car and head out. This time that included making a delicious lunch and eating around 3 pm before hitting the showers and throwing the last of my rigging into the satchels and then into the trunk of the VW. The meal? Poppyseed chicken casserole...absolutely terrific.
