Meal No. 1882: Rotisserie Chicken Sandwiches


Last week was a pretty busy and intense week, and then there was the pleasure of a weekend visit from fellow WFU grad student Mo Moos and her family...so I was content on Monday night to fall back on a simple sandwich and leftover broccoli salad and blue cheese cole slaw. Quick to fix and easy to clean up...and that was a winning combination.
