Meal No. 1862: Beef Stir Fry

For dinner tonight, I wanted to use the delicious trimmings from a whole Angus beef tenderloin to make something decent, and that led me to consider stir-frying. What came together was beef-and-onion stir-fry in a Chinese marinade and an Asian garlic sauce, served over rice and to great satisfaction by the three of us at the table.
