Meal No. 1842: Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

If you'd bellied up to the table at the Roediger House on Saturday night, a pseudo-healthy meal would have greeted you: grilled seasoned boneless chicken breast over a Caesar salad. I'm feeling much, much better about grilling those chicken breasts, thanks to the suggestions found on the website. It was pretty delicious and had the advantage of leaving just enough room for some more vanilla cake and cake batter ice cream.
