Meal No. 1796: Linton Hopkins's Bucatini Carbonara


Monday at the Roediger House, it was the easy but silky deliciousness known as the fancy carbonara, with egg yolk and shallots and finely-diced pancetta, all draped over bucatini in a one-bowl wonder.
