Meal No. 1780: Argentine-Style Beef with Chimichurri Sauce

On Thursday night, I reached deep in the archives for a meal I'd only made once, in March 2011: Argentine-style beef skewers with a zippy chimichurri sauce on the side. I also made pearl couscous and squash with Vidalia onion. Pretty tasty, all that.
