Meal No. 1770: Braised Chicken over Brussels Sprouts


With four at the table on Saturday night and the need for a very early supper (because of a birthday party we were all headed to), I thought we might all do with some braised chicken over Brussels sprouts and shallots, along with easy stovetop stuffing.
