Another gorgeous sunrise appeared behind the city skyline this past Monday morning, and then yielded to a remarkably beautiful day:
I found myself outside pulling weeds and marveling at the tiny blossoms on the new daffodils and the new shoots of the new crocuses planted along the front retaining wall. It brought to mind, with bittersweet aromas, another lovely February day when the weather brought Cyprus and me outside to sit a spell in the sun...
On tap for dinner that night: chicken and broccoli stir fry, using yet another new recipe as my guide. It was quite good and will likely make future appearances on the menu.
