Meal No. 1670: Blue Cheese & Bacon Burger
I was again fixing a meal for just me alone on Wednesday night, which tempted me to try a simple blue cheese sauce recipe to adorn a burger...something I'd wanted to try for myself but which I knew was not that appealing to some of the Roediger House regulars. With buns left over from last Saturday's separate round of burgers, which I buttered and browned in the cast iron pan, and some bacon leftover from Monday night's grilled cheese sandwiches, it all came together nicely.
