The New Neighbor's Pups

There's a new neighbor in the upstairs apartment right next door at 308 N. Spring Street, which is supposedly the house that the Roediger Family lived in while they were building this fine home. He's got two dogs and, earlier in the spring when he went up the street for a while, they were pretty adorable on the upstairs porch pining for his return.
