Meal No. 1608: Smoked Pork Loin

Another new recipe found its way onto the Roediger House table for Tuesday night's dinner for four: smoked pork loin with cauliflower gratin and early garden peas. It was hella yummy.

Too bad I was grilling when there was a storm warning and an areal flood warning.
