Meal No. 1296: Grilled Blackened Pork Chops


A couple of weeks ago, when I grilled pork chops very much like I did tonight, I topped them with poached eggs for an extra bit of wow. Tonight, the pork chops were simply seasoned with blackening spice and grilled over medium-high heat. To perfection, I might add: probably the best or among the best results I've ever gotten. This meal was thrown together in about 25 minutes, which is pretty speedy around here, and it was gone in less than 10!
