I suppose it's been quite a while since I made key lime pie, and yet again, it did not disappoint. This was dessert for some weeknight meals recently.

Ha Ha! Looks amazing, I just put this pie into the oven and was a bit worried because for some reason I thought it should be green, like limes. But the juice is not green and adding the yellow yolks, well mine looks just like yours. I liked the spatula after I filled the pie crust and it was delish so I cannot wait to eat it tomorrow!!
