Meal No. 1082: Fragrant Chicken Curry


Saturday night, I reached for a recipe clipping that (I think) was published in Parade somewhere along the way, with ideas for using rotisserie chickens for simple meals. This might be only the second or third time I've made it.


The problem this go-round, though, was the level of spice: it was too darned hot for me to eat much of it. Not sure how I managed to overdo it to such an extreme extent, but I found that an ice cream sandwich did a great job of cooling my mouth.
